Finally Sarasota photographers and creatives don’t have to drive to Tampa or St.pete to rent a natural light studio for minis! It has always been a MASSIVE dream of mine to have my own photography studio AND to allow other local creatives to also rent out the space. For years I have prayed over this dream of mine. I can’t believe it’s happening now and I am SO happy that creatives like yourself get to be a part of this!

FAQ
What is the size of the space?
200sqft, with 10ft ceilings.
Can we arrive early to set up?
No, to respect everyone’s booked sessions, please do not arrive prior to your reservation time. Please plan on incorporating your clean up/tear down time into your rental time.
What if i want to extend my rental time?
If you need more time, message me ... If there isn’t another booking following yours - I will direct you to purchase an EXTRA HOUR.
Is it ok to use smoke, fog, confetti, glitter etc.?
Only water/vapor based smoke and fog machines are allowed in our studio.
There will be a penalty of $500 to any customer found using smoke or fog other than water based and will not be allowed back in our studios. This will be strictly enforced.
Any hard to clean materials such as glitter, powder, oils, wax, confetti (unless it is the larger sized confetti and you make sure to sweep up afterward), are also not allowed in the studio.
is there security cameras at the studio?
Yes, to protect everyone’s safety the studios and common areas are all monitored by security cameras that record audio and video. Your work is protected and footage will never be shared.
Can I throw an event at your studio?
No, I do not offer the studio as an event space.
Do you have an elevator at the studio?
Unfortunately, no and we are on the second floor of our building. Please be prepared to walk up a steep staircase.
Is parking provided?
You can park in any parking lot or street parking around downtown - I am not affiliated with them so please do park at your own risk and make sure to pay for your parking if you are doing city street parking.
HOW DO WE GET IN?
Gaining access to the studio will be a seamless process with our new top of the line electronic locking system! You will receive a one time access code to enter and leave.
HOW many PEOPLE FIT IN THE STUDIO FOR A GROUP PHOTO?
TBD (I need to experiment) but I would guess comfortably 5-6 people.
Does the studio provide props?
At the moment no, it is a blank white canvas. Please feel free to bring your own props, keep in mind you will need to walk up a steep staircase with the props.
Are there bathrooms at the studio?
Yes, the bathrooms are shared with other artists on the floor.
